Instead of playing baseball on Sunday, May 5th, I decided to run 10 miles! More specifically the Broad Street Run. I'm running with a team of coworkers at Children's Crisis Treatment Center and all donations will go toward a good cause (info below). Thanks for donating!

For almost 50 years CCTC has been committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to Philadelphia’s children and their families. These services address the effects of abuse, neglect, and other challenges to early childhood development and assist children in reaching their full potential within their homes, community, and society.

• $50 provides school supplies for 5 children in a School Based Program.
  
  
• $100 serves field trip snacks to 20 kids in the STEP summer camp.
  
  
• $250 provides special therapeutic toys for our Trauma Assistance Programs.
  
  
• $1,000 enables 16 children in the Therapeutic Nursery to receive speech therapy.
