For 50 years, CCTC has been committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services to Philadelphia’s children and their families. These services address the effects of abuse, neglect, and other challenges to early childhood development and assist children in reaching their full potential within their homes, community, and society.

Kat's Crinkle-Cut Workout Challenge:

$50 - 10 goblet squat with 50lb dumbbell and 10 burpees 

$40 - 10 glute bridges with 40lb dumbbell and 10 jump squats 

$30 - 1 minute high plank, 1 minute low plank, and 1 minute high to low plank

$20 - 10 chess press and 10 push ups

$10 - 10 bicep curls, 10 seated overheads, and 10 shoulder press

$5 - Run .5 miles
